Rooted Truth Counseling

Psychotherapy is really just a collaborative space where you can talk through what’s going on in your life and get support with your emotional and mental health. It’s a private, judgment-free place to explore things like stress, anxiety, relationships, trauma, or times when you feel overwhelmed or stuck.

In therapy, you’ll work with a trained mental health professional to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, and figure out what might be getting in the way of feeling like yourself. You’ll also work on building coping skills and tools that help you handle life’s challenges in a healthier way.

The overall goal is to help you feel more grounded, more aware of yourself, and more able to navigate life in a way that feels good to you.

At Rooted Truth Counseling, therapy is also about healing and self-discovery—getting back in touch with who you are, what matters to you, and the direction you want your life to go.

  • Our individual sessions give you space to be seen and heard. We focus on what matters to you, using approaches that are research-based and tailored to fit your unique journey.

  • These sessions help families and couples connect, communicate, and work through challenges together. We focus on understanding each other, resolving conflict, and building stronger, healthier relationships

  • Our group workshops give you the space to learn and practice life skills with others going through similar challenges. From managing stress to building better communication, you’ll gain tools, support, and real-life strategies in a community setting.
